Mug - Not Listening

I think it's a universal belief that when someone apologises for something it means that they're sorry, but why should that be?

Remember this one, and when you feel that you need to apologise for something, go ahead but just remember what it means and doesn't (necessarily) mean.  Let this mug be a little reminder of that.
